If your order is placed and paid before 3pm EST on a business day, it will ship the same day unless your local or state law requires us to obtain some additional information from you. If your order is placed and paid after 3pm EST or on a weekend/holiday, it will ship the following business day.
All orders ship by UPS or FedEx ground. Transit times are generally 1-5 business days depending on your distance from our Knoxville, Tennessee warehouse.

By federal law, all firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder. Firearms WILL NOT be shipped to a customer’s residence. We can ship to the FFL of your choosing that is near you. Select an FFL from our available list during checkout, or have your chosen FFL provide us with the license, referencing your name and order number, after purchasing.
Unfortunately, we are not set up to accommodate pickups at our warehouse. The only way to receive an order from us is to have it shipped to your location.
On the day your order is scheduled to ship, you will receive an e-mail from our office containing the tracking number for your order. Your tracking number may not work until UPS or FedEx scans your product into their system. If your tracking number isn’t working, please check again after our last scheduled pick-up at 8PM EST.
Orders are shipped in the original manufacturer boxes and without signature required unless you request otherwise.
Yes! You can request that your order be shipped adult signature required (“ASR”) by dropping a note during checkout.

Due to the unique nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products. This does not include damage to boxes or packaging, only to the products themselves. Products must be returned within 30 days of your order date.
To initiate a return, please e-mail us at email@example.com so one of our friendly customer experience team members can send you a Return Request form to complete. We will not issue a refund for any products returned to our warehouse that do not have an approved Return Request form on file.
You must complete the Return Request form in full. Any damage must be noted in your form and you must supply pictures documenting the damage. Once you complete and return the form, we will review it to determine whether, in our discretion, your products are eligible to be returned. If your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can send the damaged products back to our warehouse. You are responsible for properly packing and securing your products to protect them from damage during transit back to us. All returned products are examined upon arrival at our warehouse. Once we receive and examine your return we will either send you a replacement or issue you appropriate store credit. Only products in new/sellable condition will receive a full credit, unless the damage occurred in transit to you and you properly notified and documented the damage in your Return Request form.
If you decide you want the product back after it has been received at our warehouse, we are happy to collect additional payment from you to cover the costs to ship the product back to you.

After we review your request we will respond promptly to let you know if your request has been approved. Once we approve a return, we will also include instructions on where and how to send your product back to our warehouse along with the available options we can offer you in regards to the processing of your return.
We understand that sometimes the carriers may not be the most gentle with your packages, and that sometimes your order may arrive at your house damaged (this would only include actual damage to the function of the product, not damage to the packaging or superficial damage to the product, like a scratch on an ammo can).
When this happens, please contact us immediately. Due to the unique nature of the product we sell we only accept returns within 30 days of your order date.
By placing an order with Bulk Munitions Depot, you agree to accept delivery of your order at the shipping address designated at checkout. If you fail or refuse to accept delivery of your order, then you will forfeit the full purchase amount, including all taxes and shipping fees, and be charged for the cost of shipping the order back to our warehouse. To be clear, you will not receive a refund if you fail or refuse to accept delivery of your order.
Once we receive you order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number via the email address you provided for your account. When your order is shipped you will receive another email with your UPS or FedEx tracking number.
To track your shipment, open your email containing the UPS or FedEx tracking number. Click on the link to track you order.
Bulk Munitions Depot products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend that you check with the manufacturer to understand their warranty policy. You have the option to purchase Bulk Munitions Depot’s Customer Care Plan. You can view more details on the product page where you have the option to add this additional service.
We ship from multiple warehouses and at times run specials independently depending on a number of factors such as freight costs, special one-time purchases, overstocks, etc. A cheaper price does not mean the firearm or product is used or blemished. Prices may vary but the product you receive will be the same regardless of warehouse.
